The use of this fine tool simple: First, select the folder(s) you want to embellish with a picture and decide if you want to check the subfolders option. Then, choose the picture to add. Then, hit the button “Add pictures” and the program will create the desktop.ini files, which are needed to display the images in the background of an explorer window. To remove pictures is just as simple: Select the folder you want to have cleaned and click the “Delete pict.” Button – if you have checked the “Process subfolders” option, pictures will be removed from subfolders as well. Some remarks about the way Windows displays the images: There is, unfortunately, no possibility to stretch or scale the image. Windows shows images in original size and tiles them; if the image is smaller than the window (it repeats the image horizontally and vertically). If you do not like that, you should set up your image in your image editing software: Add a border on the right and on the bottom – if you make the image larger than the size of your screen this way, it won't get tiled again. Dann klickst du auf die Schaltfläche «Hinzufügen» und das Programm nimmt umgehend die Anpassungen vor. Das Entfernen der Bilder ist genauso einfach: Wähle den Ordner, den du bereinigen möchtest und klick auf die Schaltfläche «Löschen». Wenn die Option «Unterordner miteinbeziehen» angekreuzt hast, werden auch die Unterordner bereinigt. Hinweise zu der Darstellung die Hintergrundbilder im Explorer. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, Bilder in der Grösse anzupassen. Windows zeigt das Bild in Originalgrösse und kachelt es, wenn das Explorer-Fenster grösser ist als das Bild (es wird horizontal und vertikal wiederholt). Wenn du diesen Effekt nicht magst, bearbeite dein Bild in einer Bildbearbeitungssoftware: Füge rechts und unten einen genügend breiten Rand hinzu.
